One Ticket Hits Florida Lotto, Powerball Rolls Over
TALLAHASSEE (CBS4) - If you bought a ticket for Saturday night's Florida Lotto drawing on the west coast, you may be the state's newest millionaire. The state's lottery department said one ticket sold in North Ft. Myers matched all six numbers to win the $7 million jackpot.
The winning numbers were 5-7-9-25-43-49.
Sixty one tickets matched five numbers to win $3,430.00 each; 3,323 tickets matched four numbers for $50.50 each; and 62,616 tickets matched three numbers for $5.00 each.
The jackpot for this Wednesday's drawing will be re-set to $2 million.
In Powerball, no ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball number to win the $125 million jackpot. That means it will rollover to $153 million for this Wednesday's drawing.
The winning numbers in Saturday night's drawing were 4-10-11-19-33 and the Powerball number was 27.
Thousands of other tickets matched lesser winning Powerball combinations.
