On Eve Of Debate: Preps, Polls & Judge's Decisions
MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Wednesday night's debate will not include Libertarian Party Candidate Adrian Wyllie. That's after a judge struck down his attempt to join Governor Rick Scott and former Florida Governor Charlie Crist.
He says the decision potentially silenced the voices of more than a million Floridians who support the only candidate who hasn't resorted to mudslinging.

Caustic political ads have flooded TV screens and the airwaves in what has been deemed the nastiest gubernatorial race in the country with Scott, Crist and Wyllie.
But not only is it potentially one of the ugliest and most costly midterm elections nationwide, it's also one of the tightest.
The latest CNN poll, released Tuesday, had Crist and Scott tied at 44 percent among likely voters, with Wyllie at nine percent.

Among registered voters, the poll showed Crist edging Scott by two percent with Wyllie taking 10 percent.
Despite Wyllie 's numbers he will not be allowed to participate in the gubernatorial debate.
While some believe it is due to the 15 percent polling threshold requirement, Wyllie feels differently
"It all boils down to connections between Charlie Crist the Democratic Party and the president of the Florida Press Association," Wyllie explained. "The Florida Press Association and leadership Florida has just silenced the voices of 1.5 million Floridians, and that is unacceptable!"
Meanwhile, as Democrats and Republicans gear up for the gubernatorial debate, team Scott and team Crist were already going toe to toe on stage as students at Broward College held a mock debate on issues ranging from the economy and immigration to marijuana legislation, healthcare to affordable education.
"College tuition is a big thing, healthcare, jobs, will there be a job once you graduated, these are the things on college students minds and this is what we wanted to concentrate on," said Broward College Speech and Communications professor Greg Barnes.

Governor Scott and Crist will take the stage Wednesday night at 7pm.
