PINECREST (CBSMiami) – Two men accused in a violent road rage attack in Pinecrest appeared before a judge on Friday.
A judge denied bond for 19-year-old Brian Boyd and 20-year-old Rovantai Payne.
They are both accused of burglary, battery, and a slew of other charges.
Police said the duo was involved in a car accident in Pinecrest early Thursday morning.
That's when they got out of the car and reportedly assaulted 55-year old Roger Flores with a bat.
Flores escaped serious injury and says he has no plans to sue the men who attacked him.
