BROWARD (CBSMiami) – Jorge Garcia is already accused of exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately in front of two children in Broward County.
Now, police say there is a third victim.
According to Plantation Police, Garcia committed a disgusting act on a child at a Toys "R" Us store in late April.

It appears that detectives believe over a six day stretch in late April, Garcia victimized children on at least three separate occasions.
In the Plantation case, investigators say Garcia exposed himself and began touching himself inappropriately in front of the child. The arrest report says "(Garcia) then grabbed the child. The child attempted to push away from him and asked him to stop. He pulled the 8-year-old child towards him…"
Detectives say the child told them Garcia forced her to touch him.
Anna Miller, a mother and a Toys "R" Us shopper, said the allegations surprised her.
"Who does that?" she said. "Cops are always out here. Why would they even have think to do harm to a child like that? That makes absolutely no sense."
Police in Coral Springs say two days prior to the Toys "R" Us incident Garcia was captured on surveillance camera walking around outside a pharmacy, spotted a young girl in a car, then parked his car next to her. Investigators say Garcia sat inside while touching himself and making eye contact with the child.
Four days after the Toys "R" Us incident, Coral Springs Police say Garcia exposed himself to a child at a bus stop. Fortunately a bus driver and bus attendant saw what was going on and screamed at the girl to run away.
"I seen his private part in his hand and it shocked me, I was like, "Oh my God! Little girl, little girl get away," school bus attendant Kathy Ritter told CBS4 News in May. "This man is naked."
In that case, investigators say a neighbor got Garcia's tag number and police arrested him a few days later. He now faces charges in another crime and parents say it's people like Garcia that you have to protect your children from.
"You just never know what pervert is gonna walk up and be like, 'Oh, what's your name' and take them away," Miller said. "You can't take your eyes off them because the second you do, something like that might happen."
The police report from the case here at Toys "R" Us says the 8 year old victim told detectives what happened and she picked Garcia out of a photo lineup.
Jorge Garcia is locked up in the Broward County Jail without bond on a bunch of charges.
