Neighbors: Numerous Gunshots Fired In Miami Gardens
MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) – Crime scene investigators left the scene of a shooting Monday night after wrapping up their investigation at the site.
More than a dozen evidence markers could be seen in an alleyway behind a strip mall on NW 2nd Avenue near 204th Terrace.
Neighbors and an employee said they numerous gunshots around 8:50 p.m. Monday night.
The employee told us that police informed him that a young girl maybe 12 or 13-years-old had been shot at her home.
The girl's condition is stable and no information about where she was shot on her body was released.
It is not known who may have been responsible for the shooting, but police believe there are multiple shooters.
