Motorcyclist, Driver Killed In Coconut Creek Accident
COCONUT CREEK (CBS4) - A motorcyclist was killed early Sunday in a traffic accident involving a truck in Coconut Creek.
Coconut Creek Police spokeswoman Officer Brandi DelVecchio said David Dasilva, 18, was heading north on Lyons Road just after 3 a.m. when he was involved in a collision with a Ford F150 driven by 27-year old Edward Joseph.
Police said Joseph was heading westbound on Hillsboro Boulevard when the accident occurred.
Both Dasilva and Joseph died on the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
