Mike Sims-Walker Wants To "Pull A LeBron"
MIAMI (CBS4) - The Miami Dolphins seem to be set at the wide receiver position with returning starters Brandon Marshall, Davone Bess, and Brian Hartline.
But there may be a receiver on the north side of the state interested in joining the Fins, according to ProFootballTalk.com.
Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Mike Sims-Walker has taken to his Twitter feed to let the world know where he'd like to play, although it's layered with some intrigue, and should be taken with a grain of salt.
In a retweet to Brandon Marshall, Sims-Walker said of where he will be taking his talents "I'm trying to pull a LeBron *hint*."
Marshall is originally from Orlando and playing in Miami would make it easy for him to remain near home during the season.
He's started nearly every game the past two years, averaged 7 touchdowns per season, and averaged 13 yards per reception.
For comparison, Brandon Marshall had a yards per catch average of 11.8 yards per game while Davone Bess had an average of 10 yards. Combined last year, Marshall and Bess had 8 touchdowns.
