Miami Schools Lockdown Lifted After Robbery, Shooting
MIAMI (CBSMiami) — Two Miami elementary schools were briefly put on lockdown Wednesday morning after a nearby shooting.
A man was shot in the right leg during a robbery at NW 18th Court and 26 Street, according to Miami Police's public information officer (PIO), Delrish Moss.
The school police PIO said lockdowns for both Maya Angelou Elementary and Comstock Elementary were lifted around 11:30 a.m.
