Miami Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Toddler
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A 20-year-old Miami man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of sexual battery on a child.
Timothy Jeffrey Horne, 20, allegedly sexually assaulted a child for several years. According to the accuser, Horne, who is 6'1" and weighs 400 pounds, forced them to watch pornography on his telephone and then forced them to have anal sex.
After Horne's arrest, police said he admitted, Post Miranda, to showing the victim pornography and to having sex with the victim when they were 3, 4, and five-years-old.
Horne now faces three charges of sexual battery on a child and is being held without bail.
