Suh, Landry React to Report Saying Dolphins Played 'Too Physical'

Earlier in the week Miami Dolphins head coach Dan Campbell dismissed the report stating the Titans felt he perhaps pushed his team into playing "too physical."
"Yeah, there's no such thing as that," Campbell said Monday. "I don't see that. I don't see how that's even possible."
Ndamukong Suh, arguably the most physical player on the Dolphins roster, shared his thoughts on the matter before Wednesday's practice.
"I think that's their personal opinion," Suh said. "That's gonna be their issue that they have to deal with... I mean I heard [about the report] but the game is over. We have to move on to the Texans."
Can a team be "too physical" in Suh's eyes in this brute of a sport?
"I pride myself on playing physical, hardnosed football -- blue-collar football. At the end of the day that's the way I like it."
Receiver Jarvis Landry concurs.
"I heard Coach Campbell talk about it," he said. "I mean that's what we want, man. That's what we're trying to do here. I think at the same time that's how we have to consistently play. No slacking. We have to consistently play that way. I can't say it enough."
That physicality -- especially in the trenches -- correlated to overwhelmingly positive results. Yes, Olivier Vernon was flagged for a low hit on Marcus Mariota (and fined today) but the Dolphins dominated up front on both sides of the ball, sacking Mariota five times and forcing his rookie tackle to be yanked after 21 snaps of havoc created by Cam Wake. On offense, Miami pummeled the Titans' front seven with 180 rushing yards at 5.6 yards a clip.
The Dolphins will look to sustain their physicality this Sunday when a Texans front seven featuring J.J. Watt, Jadeveon Clowney, and Vince Wilfork comes to town.
