Miami-Dade Police Discover Grow House
MIAMI (CBS4) - Miami-Dade Police dealt with a standoff at a marijuana grow house for parts of the early evening hours Monday.
According to Miami-Dade detectives, officers surrounded the home near 39th Street and SW 69th Avenue, thinking the man they were looking for was inside.
Once the standoff ended and police entered the residence they found an empty home, but a full marijuana laboratory.
Police are actively looking for the suspect, who is wanted for operating the hydroponics lab and possibly for trafficking marijuana, depending on the weight of what police find in the home.
