Miami-Dade Police Arrest Couple & Seize Over 30 Guns, Array Of Drugs

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police said they seized more than 30 weapons plus an array of drugs worth more than $20,000 and arrested two people after receiving an anonymous tip.
Investigators said the anonymous tip they received was in regards to a drug transactions taking place at a home off SW 50th St. and 98th Ave. in Kendall.
Detectives obtained a search warrant and entered the home Tuesday.
Authorities said they found inside the home a total of 32 weapons, including multiple rifles and an Uzi.
Also seized was a quarter kilo of cocaine, more than two pounds of marijuana, more than 460 Xanax pills and nearly 40 OxyContin pills.
Detectives have identified the couple arrested as 47-year-old Paul Labrador and his wife, 47-year-old Charice Labrador.
According to state records, they run a business called Luxurious Garden and Nursery.
CBS4's Oralia Ortega was told the couple is currently being charged with armed trafficking.
