Man Waits in NYC For Extradition To Fort Lauderdale
BUFFALO, N.Y. (CBS4) – A man wanted in Fort Lauderdale for his alleged involvement in a 1995 crime has been arrested as he entered the United States from Canada.
Franco Nardolillo, 40, who now lives in Whitby, Ontario, was on his way to shop in Niagara Falls Thursday when a border guard ran a check on his name and found a 1995 warrant charging him with grand theft and possession of stolen property.
Nardolillo was turned over to Niagara Falls police and is waiting in jail for extradition to Fort Lauderdale.
