Man Shot In The Leg At Lauderdale Lakes Shopping Plaza
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A man was injured in an overnight shooting in Lauderdale Lakes.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said it happened around 2:30 a.m. in a shopping center in the 3600 block of North State Road 7.
Arriving deputies found a man who had been shot in the leg. He was taken to the hospital, his injury was described as non-life threatening.
As deputies canvassed the area for the gunman, a driver who left the plaza was stopped for questioning. It was determined he was not involved.
