Man Arrested For Stalking Charged For A Violent Attack Too
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A judge has denied bond for a man charged with beating and robbing a woman in pompano beach last month.
44-year-old Frank Lowry was already in jail charged with exposing himself to a jogger two days after the robbery beating.
Lowry was released from state prison earlier this year after serving time for attempted murder.

Lowry allegedly attacked and robbed 53-year-old Kathryn Devlin in her apartment September 20.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the attack happened after Devlin left her front door unlocked while unloading groceries.
Detectives said Lowry followed Devlin inside her apartment, grabbed her, covered her mouth and nose with a cloth and hit her in the forehead with a handgun.
He then allegedly used duct tape and tied Devlin's ankles and arms.
Lowry stole a credit and debit card along with cash and fled, detectives said.
Surveillance video captured an image of Lowry minutes after the attack using the card at a nearby ATM.
Prosecutors say Landry's landlord, who had known him for 12 years, recognized him from the bank surveillance. They also say his DNA matches DNA recovered from the robbery crime scene.
Just two days after the attack, a woman jogging on a bike path in Pompano Beach Airpark told deputies a man later identified as Lowry was masturbating and making lewd comments to her as he rode his bicycle.
