Man Accused Of Raping 2-Year Old Girl At SeaWorld Orlando
ORLANDO (CBS4) - A 26-year old Cocoa man is accused of sexually assaulting a two-year old girl at SeaWorld Orlando after pictures of the attack were reportedly found on his cell phone.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the child's mother said she left her daughter in the care of Michael Grzbowicz for only about 10 minutes while she and her boyfriend went on a ride during to their visit to the theme park on February 17th.
Investigators in Brevard County found four pictures of the alleged attack on the chip in Grzybowicz's cell phone; a check of the phone revealed they had been emailed to his Yahoo account. Grzybowicz said he didn't know how the pictures got on his phone. He was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. He is expected to be transferred to the Orange County Jail and face further charges of sexual battery and lascivious molestation on a young child.
Cocoa police are also investigating the possible molestation by Grzybowicz of another child unrelated to the SeaWorld Orlando incident.
