Local Heroes Gather To Make 6-Year-Old Boy With Leukemia's Birthday Wish Come True
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A special photo shoot was held Monday at Miami International Airport—all in the name of making one little boy's birthday wish come true.
Six-year-old Tyler Seddon is battling leukemia in Rhode Island for the second time.
Tyler idolizes police officers and firefighters. So for his 7th birthday, which is on Thursday, his mother asked local "heroes" to send her son birthday cards to give him hope.
On Monday, police officers, firefighters, and TSA personnel gathered at MIA to help make Tyler's birthday wish come true.
The group stood in front of a plane, holding a banner wishing the soon-to-be 7-year-old a happy birthday.
