MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- It's a private paradise, located on Sunset Island on Miami Beach. Once the former home of rocker Lenny Kravitz, it's now owned by businessman Steven Muss and is now for sale.
The fantasy home is 12,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 7 baths and beautiful bay views.
Our hosts this evening? The 'Realtors to the Stars' known as 'The Jills'- Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber.
"Just to give you an idea of the property values around Sunset Island, we sold, just a lot, for $25 million a few doors down. This is priced at 25 million,"said Jill Eber.
The home is resort-like with a Mediterranean feel.
"I think its Moorish/ Mediterranean," Eber said. "When you walk outside you feel like you could almost see Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca and have his guy play piano."
Outside day or night - it's a Zen garden with lush landscaping surrounded by an oversized swimming pool.
"The house is setup really like an outside living room. You really can entertain, dine, and swim," Hertzberg said.
Beautiful hammocks sit on top of a man-made white sandy beach complete with a bird's eye view. Across the pool, there's a separate guest home.
"It's got a very cool vibe at night, kind of mystical at night," said CBS4's Lisa Petrillo.
"Yes, it's a very sexy house," said Jill Hertzberg.
Back inside, the spacious white marble open kitchen features a rock and roll refrigerator with hand Sharpee drawn by Kravitz himself!
Another Kravitz signature piece is at the top of the staircase.
"We were told that Lenny found this in a antique shop somewhere on 27th avenue and made it into a lamp. I think if you rub it, your wish will come true," Eber joked.
The upstairs breezeway features a church-inspired ceiling and priceless artwork like a Bugatti priced at $50,000.
Downstairs, the media room is fit for a king with both movie seats and an oversized bed. The library has a pop of color thanks to a rock star.
"This wallpaper is Lenny Kravitz's design and I love it," said Eber, pointing out the midnight blue pinstriped wallpaper.
