LeBron Buys Grove Mansion
MIAMI (CBS4) - Miami Heat star LeBron James has finally made Miami his hometown. James purchased a three-story Coconut Grove mansion overlooking Biscayne Bay for $9 million.
According to CBS4 news partner the Miami Herald, the sale closed on November 12 and was first reported by real estate broker Alex Shay's real estate blog.
The home has 12,178-squre-feet and is located at 3590 Crystal View Ct. It has six-bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. The Herald reported the home also has a wine cellar, library, home theater, three-car garage, and guest house.
Records showed that the home was purchased by Suite 823 Investments Florida LLC. Suite 823 is the Cleveland headquarters of LRMR Marketing, which was founded by James, controversial assistant Maverick Carter, and two other friends.
