Lawyer: Video Casts Doubt In 1991 Death Of 5-Year-Old

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (CBSMiami/AP) — A new video may cast doubt in the 1991 death of a 5-year old, indicates the attorney for a Florida woman charged in the death of her son more than 20 years ago.
A judge is hearing pre-trial arguments in the case of Michelle Lodzinski Tuesday in New Brunswick.
She's charged with murder in the death of Timothy Wiltsey, whose remains were found in Edison in 1992, about 11 months after his disappearance.
Lodzinski has claimed the boy vanished while they were attending a carnival in Sayreville.
Attorney Gerald Krovatin says he wants to introduce video testimony from someone who claims another man told him about killing a young boy under circumstances that are strikingly similar to Wiltsey's death.
Lodzinski's trial is scheduled for January.
