Judge Releases Second Suspect In Miami Mass Shooting
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - The second suspect in a mass shooting at a Miami restaurant has been released by the court.
On Wednesday a judge found no probable cause to hold the 16-year old on the charges of accessory after the fact and ordered him released pending a decision by the State Attorney's Office.
The teen must return to court on October 28th where the state will announce if they plan to file charges against him either as a juvenile or as an adult.
The teen was arrested on Tuesday in connection to the mass shooting at The Spot. He was charged with one count of accessory after the fact/attempted first degree murder and 14 counts of accessory after the fact/aggravated battery.

Police said he did not fire a weapon but he is friends with Will Campbell, 17, who was charged Monday in the September 28th shooting which injured 15 people including an 11-year old.
Campbell faces one count of attempted murder and 14 counts of aggravated battery.
Police said witnesses identified Campbell. He is charged as a juvenile, but those charges could be upgraded.
A source familiar with the investigation told CBS4 News that Campbell admitted to police to being at The Spot, at NW 7th Avenue and 64th Street, that night but he denied involvement in the shooting.
The shooting stemmed from a fight at Norland High School between a 15-year old and friend of Campbell. When the friend saw the 15-year old at The Spot, the fight continued and at one point Campbell shot him, and then others, as he ran out of the restaurant, according to police.
The 15-year-old who was the intended target remains in critical condition.
