MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A federal judge in Miami is set to consider a $20 million settlement submitted in a class action lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch.

The lawsuit claims the company misrepresented their product to consumers that Beck's beer is brewed in and imported from Germany.

As part of the settlement, Anheuser-Busch would be required to use labels and packaging that make clear that Beck's is brewed in the U.S.

It would also require the company to compensate every household of those who purchased Beck's which is about 1.7 million plaintiffs so far.

Those who have receipts would get up to $50 and those who don't would get up to $12 back.

The judge is set to considered the motion for final approval of the settlement at 2 p.m.
