Jimmy Buffett Hospitalized After Fall From Stage
SYDNEY (CBS4) -- Singer Jimmy Buffett has been hospitalized in Australia after the 64-year-old singer fell off a stage at the end of a concert in Sydney.
Australia's Daily Telegraph reports that audience members saw Buffett fall face first off the stage and hit his head during the show's finale.
Buffett's manager then took the stage and urged fans to leave the auditorium, the Hordem Pavillion.
The singer was brought to Sydney's St. Vincent's Hospital.
Wednesday night's concert was Buffett's fifth and last in Sydney on his current tour.
TMZ.Com is reporting Buffett may have fallen due to flashing stage lights. TMZ reports Buffett is in stable condition.
