Jeb Bush Caught Singing To Florida Congresswoman

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Presidential hopeful Jeb Bush got caught singing to Florida representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen on her birthday.
The former Florida governor called Ros-Lehtinen to congratulate her on her special day on Wednesday but got her voicemail.
In turn, Bush decided to leave a musical message, singing "Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birth day to Lili. Happy birthday to you this is Jeb."
Ros-Lehtinen posted the message on Twitter thanking him for the birthday wishes.
