J.C. Penney Offering Free Kids Haircuts

MIAMI (CBSMiami) — August is becoming the "month of savings" for parents.

Among the sales, deals and coupon codes offered by local retailers (see bottom of article), the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports JC Penney salons are offering free haircuts for kids in August.

Call now to make an appointment for children in grades K-6 can get the freebie. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
