In The Huddle: Marco Wilson - American Heritage
PLAYER: Marco Wilson
POSITION: CB
SCHOOL: Plantation American Heritage
CLASS: 2017
HEIGHT: 5-10.5
WEIGHT: 175
SCOUTING: Easily one of the most athletic defensive secondary performers you will find anywhere. Wilson's athleticism takes him back to when he was younger; playing baseball, football as well as running track - where developed into a big time prospect. The youngest Wilson is following in the footsteps of his father, Chad, who played the position at the University of Miami and his older brother Quincy, who has established himself as one of the best in the SEC at Florida. Missing last season with a knee injury he has made him work harder to get back. And as the 2016 approaches, there is no doubt that this is going to be a force in the Patriots' run back to Orlando, a place that this team missed out on last year. This is a larger, stronger and smarter version of the player we saw as a sophomore. His fight to get back has made him a player that could truly make everyone see how valuable he is to this team. Everyone is excited to see the season ahead. For Wilson, it's all part of a process that started the moment he was ruled out for the entire 2015 season.
