Veargis is an athlete who is driven to succeed, and because of that, he will play anywhere that the Spartans need him. As a receiver, he is fast, has very good hands and will never back down from anyone when it comes time to block. This is a talent who has made himself valuable, being able to perform on both sides of the ball, as well as on special teams. Veargis has started to turn heads in the offseason with his work ethic and ability to play the game. Now, this spring and summer will become vital as college coaches start watching and everything will certainly be on the line. As he grows and matures, he will continue to be more of a force.
