I-95 Nighttime Closures This Weekend
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Late night partiers and those people who work the late shift near downtown Miami take note – a major closure is scheduled for Sunday morning.
From midnight to 5 a.m. all northbound lanes closed from NW 2 Street and NW 7 Street. One will be closed at 10 p.m. Saturday night and two other lanes will close at 11 p.m.
Also, the on-ramp from North Miami Avenue to I-95 will be closed as well.
Northbound drivers can:
- Exit at NW 2 Street/NW 3 Avenue and go straight to on-ramp at NW 8 Street/NW 3 Ave to re-enter I-95 northbound
- Access 836 Westbound / Miami International Airport by exiting at NW 2 Street/NW 3 Ave, go to NW 5 Street, turn on NE 1 Avenue and head north to I-395 Expressway
- Go to beaches by exiting at NW 2 Street/NW 3 Avenue and take NW 5 Street to Biscayne Boulevard, turn north and take I-395/MacArthur eastbound on-ramp
