Humberto Stalled Over Open Ocean
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Humberto reformed into a tropical storm, Monday morning, but stalled and weakened some Monday night. It is stationary.
At 11 p.m., the storm was about 1215 miles southwest of the Azores with maximum sustained winds of 40miles per hour.
Tropical Storm Humberto is no threat to land and should continue to move to the north-northwest at about the same speed for the next few days.
Some strengthening is forecast for Humberto over the next 48 hours.
