Heat Open Scrimmage To Public Thursday
MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – The Miami Heat won't officially take the floor for the first time until Sunday. But the team will open up a scrimmage to South Florida fans on Thursday.
The Heat will hold a scrimmage Thursday evening dubbed the Red & Black game. The game can be attended by only season ticket holders, but everyone else can see the action live on Sun Sports Florida starting at 7 p.m.
And if you've ever wondered what it was like to have Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra coming after you; you're in luck. Spoelstra will be wearing a microphone during the full game-length practice.
The scrimmage will tip-off at 7 p.m.
