Heat Bring Back Former First Round Pick Dorell Wright

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat have been making moves to round out the team's playoff roster, with the final slot being filled on Tuesday.
The Heat announced that they have signed forward Dorell Wright, who was drafted by Miami way back in 2004.
Wright played six seasons with the Heat and was part of the 2006 NBA Championship team.
After playing five years split between the Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers, Wright played last season in Beijing, China with the North Control.
He appeared in 37 games for the North Control, averaging 24.3 points on 43.8 percent shooting, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.03 steals.
Wright connected on 35.3 percent of his three-point shots and 84.8 percent of his free throws.
He also finished the season on a high note, scoring 30 or more points in six straight games. He had a total of 13 30-point games and four 40-point games.
Wright's season high in China was a 48-point game against the DongGuan Leopards on February 3rd.
He has appeared in 211 games with the Heat, averaging 6.3 points on 46.1 percent shooting to go with 3.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 19.5 minutes.
