Gov. Ron DeSantis Announces He'll Pardon Plantation Gym Owner
PLANTATION (CBSMiami) – Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Thursday he'll pardon the Plantation gym owner who was arrested several times for not enforcing mask orders during the pandemic.
The owner of the gym, Mike Carnevale, was arrested three times last summer.
The governor also said the state's clemency board would issue pardons to all Floridians who received fines for masks and social distancing violations.
