Ft. Lauderdale Police Release Sketch Of Murder Suspect
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMIAMI) - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect responsible for murdering a 26-year-old man in Fort Lauderdale earlier in August.
Inson Joseph was at his home at 1304 Northeast 2nd Avenue on August 9th. Around 5:30 pm, neighbors heard gunshots and Joseph emerged from his home, according to Ft. Lauderdale Police.
As Joseph walked out of his home and into the roadway, asking witnesses to call 9-1-1, the suspect emerged from the victim's home and was seen pulling a firearm from his waistband.
The suspect then, according to police, fired an additional round.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 20's and is approximately 5'9" in height. He is described as having a thin build, short cornrows, and a thin low beard. He was last seen wearing a dark baggy sleeve top, possibly a hoodie, and cargo shorts.
