Free Food Alert: Haagen-Dazs Handouts Tuesday

MIAMI (CBS4) -- I scream, you scream, we all scream for free ice cream. That's right, Haagen-Dazs Shops are holding their annual free cone day Tuesday.

There's nothing better than cooling off from the South Florida heat than free ice cream and you can get your free scoop of your favorite flavor at any Haagen-Dazs Shop from 4 - 8 p.m.

Häagen-Dazs will also announce its search for the official "Häagen-Dazs Flavor Ambassador." Participants will be able to upload videos to the Häagen-Dazs Facebook site, explaining why they want the title and duties, which include eating all the ice cream they want for a year. Other perks for the Flavor Ambassador include a blog on the Häagen-Dazs website and a chance to participate in taste-testing new flavors.
