The indictment charges the Audain's caregiver with one count of first-degree Felony Murder based on Aggravated Child Abuse.

It also charges a ChildNet case worker with one count of Child Neglect Causing Great Bodily Harm.

Two psychologists were also indicted for failing to report the suspected abuse.

An autopsy report released  in the case stated that the cause of death for Tamiyah Audain was undetermined.

However, the report says "The contribution of possible neglect cannot be ruled out in this case."

Child welfare investigators said that the child lost a large amount of weight in the months leading up to her death last September and had pressure sores on her body.

Tamiyah was living with a cousin when she died.
