Fort Lauderdale Air Show briefly interrupted after 2 jets touch wings during performance
MIAMI - Two jet fighter pilots participating in Sunday's Fort Lauderdale Air Show are lucky to have landed safely after their aircraft touched wing tips during their performance.
The show had to be momentarily paused during a declared emergency.
The jets, which belong to the Polaris Program's Ghost Squadron, landed safely and the pilots were unharmed.
The show continued after a brief pause.
