Chad Johnson Pleads Not Guilty To Domestic Battery
FT. LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – Former Miami Dolphins player Chad Johnson has pled not guilty to a domestic violence charge.
The Broward State Attorney's Office filed one count of misdemeanor domestic battery against Johnson on Wednesday.
Johnson was not at the Thursday morning arraignment. His lawyer entered his plea on his behalf.
Johnson was arrested last month after his wife, Evelyn Lozada-Johnson, said he head-butted her during an argument.
He faces a year in jail if convicted.
