Former FHP trooper Christopher Chappell facing child porn charge
FORT LAUDERDALE – A former Florida Highway Patrol trooper is in jail in connection with a disturbing crime.
Records show 45-year-old Christopher Chappell was arrested Wednesday.
He's facing a charge of access with intent to view child pornography.
FHP has confirmed he is no longer employed by them.
