Focus On South Florida: Centro Mater
Centro Mater is a local nonprofit whose sole mission is to aid economically disadvantaged families in South Florida. For 45 years, Centro Mater has provided child care and education services. Initially, it primarily helped exiled Cuban families, but now serves children and families of every faith and nationality, nearly 12-hundred annually.
