Florida Republican Party chair says RNC reenergized party: "People are fired up"
MIAMI — The Republican Party reenergized this past week at the Republican National Convention, where former President Donald Trump spoke for the first time since surviving an assassination attempt.
CBS News Miami's Jim DeFede spoke with Evan Power, the chair of the Republican Party of Florida, at the convention in Milwaukee just before Trump's speech.
