CBS News projected President Donald Trump to defeat Vice President Kamala Harris in Florida and incumbent Republican Sen. Rick Scott over Democratic challenger Debbie Mucarsel-Powell in the U.S. Senate. Failing to reach the 60% threshold were constitutional Amendment 4, regarding abortion rights, and Amendment 3 on recreational marijuana, CBS News projects.
