Fire Damages Pembroke Pines Bar & Grill
PEMBROKE PINES (CBS4) - A fire in the rear of a Pembroke Pines lounge has been deemed suspicious by investigators.
When Pembroke Pines fighters arrived at the Exhale Lounge, located in the 1800 block of N. University Drive, around 10 p.m. they found flames and smoke billowing out of the rear of the building. It took them about 20 minute to put out the fire with caused an estimated $75,000 to $100,000 in damages, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
There were no reported injuries; the club was closed at the time of the fire.
