FBI Offers Reward For Help To Catch Armed Bank Robbers

CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – The FBI is asking for the public's help in finding a pair of armed thieves responsible for a bank robbery in Coral Springs.
The robbery took place at the Priority One Credit Union branch located at 1700 North University Drive in Coral Springs on September 17th.
The FBI said the two unidentified subjects brandished firearms and gained access to the bank's vault.
"These guys had the plan to get to the vault and used a little more violence," said FBI Agent Justin Fleck.
FBI agents are highly concerned these guys could kill.
One of the suspects even dragged the female clerk across the floor by her hair with a gun at her head.
Per policy, the FBI is not disclosing the amount of cash taken. However, Fleck said "it was a pretty good take."
The robbers escaped using a stolen motorcycle which they later abandoned four blocks away.
The duo had planted their real ride nearby and the FBI got video of it.
"They get into the black Chrysler 300," Fleck said. "I do not believe they know we go video of that."
The four-door Chrysler 300 appears to be a late model and has tinted windows.
They are both to be considered armed and dangerous.
The Coral Springs Police Department, the South Florida Violent Crime Task Force and the FBI are all continuing to investigate the robbery.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the two subjects.
