Adios Emily - Again
MIAMI (CBS4) – After reforming into a weak tropical depression, what was once Tropical Storm Emily is nothing more than a remnant swirling out to sea.
At 5 p.m. the National Hurricane Center issued its last advisory on the system, which was about 295 miles south-southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph.
The NHC said what's left of Emily will continue to travel to the northeast at 20 to 25 mph until it is absorbed by a frontal zone in the next day or so.
