Driver Crashes Through Fence At Miami International Airport
MIAMI (CBS4) – An elderly man was taken to the hospital after he reportedly crashed his Honda Accord through the fence in the cargo area of Miami International Airport.
Miami-Dade police spokesman Detective Roy Rutland said it happened just after 8 p.m. Officers found the car about 250 yards south of the breached fence in the American Airlines cargo area.

"Detectives have not ruled out the possibility of this being a medical emergency and at the same time we are not ruling out the possibility of him being impaired from either drugs or alcohol, but we are looking into everything right now," said Rutland.
Airport workers said the car never made it onto the tarmac and no flights were interrupted.
