Dolly Parton Takes It Easy After Car Accident
MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP)— Dolly Parton is home resting after she was shaken up in a car accident that happened on Monday.
According to the 67-year-old Country Music Hall of Fame member the accident was just a "fender bender" and she is being treated for minor injuries.
According to police, Parton was riding in an SUV that was hit by another vehicle just around noon in Nashville, Tenn. Parton and the two others were taken to local hospitals for treatment. A news release says none of the injuries appeared serious.
Parton said in a statement that she's "all good. Just a little tired and sore."
