Disney Ticket Prices On The Rise
ORLANDO (CBSMiami) – Get ready to pay a little more for that Disney magic.
Walt Disney World ticket prices are going up again. Disney has announced that all Disney World tickets, including Annual Passports, will go up on Sunday, June 3rd.
A one-day, single-park ticket to one of Disney World's four theme parks will now cost $89 for ages 10 and up, a $4 dollar increase.
The cost of a four-day ticket is increasing from $243 to $256.
The cost of a five-day-ticket is increasing $251 to $268.
A seven-day pass is going up from $267 to $288.
It's also more expensive to add a "Park Hopper" option to multi-day tickets, which allows visitors to enter more than one theme park on the same day. The Park Hopper option jumps from $55 to $57.
Disney World's most-expensive ticket option, a premium annual pass, which does not have any blocked-out dates and includes unlimited admission to the Disney theme parks and water parks and complimentary parking now costs $699, up from $691.
The Disney price hike comes right after Universal Orlando raised its theme-park ticket prices. A single day ticket to a Universal Orlando theme park costs $88.
Like Disney, the higher rate goes into effect Sunday.
