Disney Enforces FASTPASS; Riders Get Ahead
ORLANDO (CBSMiami) – There is a magical pass in Walt Disney World that cuts attraction wait times in half and allows riders to experience the thrill of Disney sooner.
The popular FASTPASS It's been around since 1999, but the theme park has been lax in sticking to the strict rules, until now.
On Wednesday, Disney begun to actively enforce its FASTPASS regulations. From now on, only guests with a valid FASTPASS ticket will be allowed to enter the designated line.
Having had a fairly lenient policy in the past, guests would return half an hour earlier or later than the designated time slot and be allowed to enter the FASTPASS line.
With the FASTPASS policy enforced, guests will have to wait for their time slot to enter the ride or get a new pass if their time has expired.
