Davie Couple's Death Ruled A Murder-Suicide
DAVIE (CBS4) - An elderly couple was found dead in their Davie home early Thursday morning in what police have determined was a murder suicide.
Police spokesman Sgt. Robert Choquette, around 7 a.m. a 911 operator received a call from a dog groomer who found the body of one of the homeowners on the floor inside the residence in the 83-hundred block of SW 21st Street.
When officers entered the home they found the bodies of both Kurt and Lucia Schnitzler.
Neighbors told CBS4's Gwen Belton the couple, who kept to themselves, had a number of medical issues.
