DANIA BEACH (CBSMiami) - A shooting in Miami-Dade ended in the right-hand lane of northbound I-95 just north of Griffin Road.
A white sedan was riddled with bullets in its rear on I-95.
Miami-Dade police said it all began around 4 a.m when a customer and security at the King of Diamonds strip club in northeast Miami-Dade got into an argument.
Police identified the patron as 35-year-old Elton Alfredo Jones.
At one point the customer tried to run over the security guards. They shot at his car, hitting Jones. His car crashed into another vehicle before speeding away, police said.
A Florida Highway Patrol trooper came upon the car on I-95.
Officers say Jones was then taken to Broward Health Medical Center with shots to his arm and lower back. At last check, he was listed in stable condition.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance video and talking to witnesses and guards.
